Clarification on Accredited/ Recognized Courses
In response to recent queries received, Architects Registration Board, Hong Kong SAR (“ARB”) wishes to inform the public that: -
“ARB DOES NOT accredit nor recognize any portfolio preparation courses or related webinars either in Hong Kong or Overseas.”
ARB hereby calls upon the public to be vigilant.
In case any person is in doubt about whether an education programme is accredited or recognized by ARB, please refer to the list of architectural programmes jointly accredited or recognized by ARB and The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (“HKIA”) on the website of HKIA (https://www.hkia.net/en/professional-assessment/eligibility).
ARB shall reserve the right to take legal action as appropriate, if there is evidence to suggest that the name of ARB has been dishonestly implicated or misrepresented.
