Announcement of Appointment to the Architects Registration Board ("ARB") 2026-2028 under the Architects Registration Ordinance (Cap. 408)

In accordance with sections 4(1) and 4(3) of the Architects Registration Ordinance ("ARO"), Laws of Hong Kong SAR, the Council of HKIA has appointed the following 10 HKIA members (in alphabetical order) to the ARB for a 2-year term (2026-2028):

3   Ar. CHEUNG Kong Yeung         (New appointment)
4   Ar. CHEUNG Wing Man            (New appointment)
5   Ar. HO Kin Wai Stephen             (Re-appointment)
6   Ar. HSIUNG Yee Ming Donna   (Re-appointment)
7   Ar. POON Chi Mei                     (New appointment)
8   Ar. SO Ching                              (Re-appointment)
9   Ar. THO Hong Nin                     (New appointment)
10 Ar. YU Franklin                          (Re-appointment)

Together with Ir. LEUNG Hon Wan, the member appointed by the Chief Executive under section 4(2) of ARO, the ARB 2026-2028 takes office on 17 May 2026.
